One of the things I miss the most about not being at school
is the access to materials needed to create and learn.
You take for granted that there is paint, paper, and glue when you need it.
This year we have to plan ahead for activities that need materials
as basic as paint, paper, and glue.
I'm glad we did
because kids learn by doing,
not just watching.
Tomorrow we dive into tempera paint and
color mixing.
I found a "bargain" at Michael's today.
Now we can do the Halloween project I wanted to
because now students will have the glue they need
to complete it.
Simple things that are more challenging when you teach remotely.
Now if only my Dodgers would rise to the challenge of this pandemic too!
