Day 109
It can be a long day after a holiday.
Then there's a staff meeting,
but thanks to a sweet Valentine's Day gift from
a special mommy and former Fungtastic son,
I was able to make it through.

Day 110
Guess what we got today?
Kids need to move.
Sometimes they need to move during a lesson
or a story.
Now we have 2 trampolines that allow them to jump their sillies out!
BTW: It holds up to 220 pounds so...
I bought a Home Depot bucket for $5 for Lunar New Year.
After being denied purchasing more buckets with my ECE budget-
"It has to be instructional."
I wrote a Donorschoose grant in hopes that each child will get their own bucket.
In the meantime,
we take turns learning about steady beat.
This afternoon,
A shined as he follows one of my favorite beat songs from one of my favorite groups.
The Arts will always play an essential part in my classroom curriculum!
Day 111
So grateful for families that come through when we are down to our last 5 gallon water bottles.
Together we are better!
Day 112
We learn a nursery rhyme each week.
Some of them make more sense than others.
We had a fun time interpreting this week's rhyme:
Polly Put the Kettle On.
Since she made tea,
we had some tea too!
